Venue

Meltwater is excited to host Summit at The Glasshouse, New York's newest event destination located on Manhattan's Westside. The venue provides attendees both indoor and outdoor event networking experiences. Being located on the 6th Floor, attendees will enjoy amazing unobstructed views of the city and breathtaking views of the Hudson River at sunset.

The Summit standard cost is $699. Special pricing will be available leading up to the event dates.

Your summit ticket includes access to our keynote session with Ryan Reynolds, Meltwater product keynote, breakout sessions, onsite education and demo’s and networking opportunities. Light breakfast, lunch and snacks are also included.

Glasshouse is centrally located and easily accessed from Newark Airport, LaGuardia Airport, and John F. Kennedy Airport via taxi or any ridesharing service. The closest Subways are the  A/C/E at 50th Street or Port Authority stations, though we do recommend using a taxi, Uber, or Lyft to get to the event.

When you arrive at the Glasshouse, you’ll be directed to take the elevator to the 6th floor. There will be registration tables at the entrance right off the elevator. Address: 660 12th Ave, New York, NY 10019. View map.

  • Tuesday, June 25: 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday, June 26: 8:30am - 4:00pm

We have a reserved block of rooms at the Hilton Midtown, starting at the guaranteed rate of $369 per night, plus taxes and fees. Upon event registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to access the exclusive room block.

Yes! Light breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided throughout the day. On the first day of the event, there will be an after-party with an open bar.

We plan to provide vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meal options. If you have further requests please email us at summit@meltwater.com.

Smart casual attire is recommended.

With the exception of the Keynotes on Day 1, no sessions will be recorded.
