Enhancement

Setting Up Contact Alerts

Contact Update Alerts have been upgraded with flexible customization options that make it easier to stay current when journalist details change—like job moves, new roles, beats, or contact information. Teams can now tailor alert frequency (daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and choose preferred delivery channels, including email, in-app notifications, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. A centralized dashboard displays detailed change summaries, affected contacts, and impacted lists, with tools to search, filter, and take bulk actions.

Enhancement

Predictive Analytics

The Mentions Trend widget in Explore now includes forecasting, showing predicted mention volumes for the next two days based on historical data patterns. This enhancement helps users move from reacting to anticipating, making it easier to spot early signals and plan proactive responses. With forecasts, you can detect emerging trends before they peak, identify potential crises while there’s still time to respond, and prioritize monitoring on what’s likely to matter most in the days ahead.

Enhancement

Automatic Impact Reports

You can now generate an Impact Report in Mira Studio using any article, whether or not it’s already tracked in Meltwater. The new workflow automatically detects untracked content, prompts you to add it, and guides you through each step before generating the report. This update removes the need to prepare content in advance, making it faster and easier to analyze earned media impact from any source, all within Mira Studio.

Enhancement

Klear Chrome Extension

The new Klear Chrome Extension lets users access influencer data directly while browsing Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or X—without leaving the page. It integrates seamlessly into existing workflows, allowing you to discover, vet, and engage with creators in real time. With key metrics visible in your browser, AI-powered summaries for quick fit assessments, and one-click actions to tag, add to campaigns, or contact creators, the extension removes workflow interruptions and makes influencer discovery faster, smarter, and easier to act on.

Enhancement

AI-Powered Bios

Meltwater journalist profiles now include concise AI-generated bios that summarize who a journalist is, what they cover, and how they approach their reporting. Each bio highlights their role and outlet, recent topics and industries they write about, and the typical angles or perspectives in their coverage—drawn directly from their latest work for greater accuracy. This update saves time by surfacing key details in one place, improves targeting by helping identify the right journalists for each pitch, and strengthens outreach with more personalized, relevant engagement.

Enhancement

Radio Reach Metrics

When reviewing U.S.-based Radio Broadcast content in Explore, users now see weekly cumulative Reach values—where available—sourced directly from Nielsen. Reach reflects the number of unique listeners who tuned in to a specific station or program for at least five minutes during a given period. This enhancement helps teams better understand audience impact, prioritize clips by Reach to focus on high-exposure mentions, and close reporting gaps by extending audience metrics beyond TV to include radio coverage.

Enhancement

Top Tracks Trend Graph for TikTok

A new trend chart in the Top Tracks tab reveals how each audio track is performing, showing whether it’s rising, peaking, or fading based on usage and engagement data. Instead of only viewing the most popular sounds at a given moment, users can now track how trends evolve to inform creative and campaign decisions. For marketing and communications teams, this update helps brands stay current in fast-moving TikTok conversations, create smarter content with trending audio that drives visibility, and strengthen brand personality through culturally relevant sound choices.

Enhancement

YouTube Widgets

Following recent updates to YouTube Monitoring, Meltwater now offers expanded YouTube analytics directly within Explore+ and Unified Dashboards in Analyze. Users can view YouTube data alongside other social and media channels for a complete view of brand performance. These enhancements remove data silos, streamline reporting, and enable smarter campaign decisions by consolidating cross-channel metrics into a single, unified experience.

Enhancement

Landing Page Revamp

The new Media Relations landing page introduces a smarter, more efficient way to manage outreach. Users now see a dashboard with recent performance metrics like open rates and clicks, AI-powered journalist recommendations based on coverage relevance, and quick access to key tools, including outreach creation and media list management. The redesigned experience helps PR professionals work faster and more strategically, putting critical insights and actions front and center while reducing manual effort. This update marks the next step in transforming Media Relations into a more intuitive, AI-driven workspace built around how you work.

Enhancement

Completed New Filtering Roll Out + Four Additional Updates

Explore now features a refreshed Filter experience, rolled out to all users for faster, more intuitive search refinement. Alongside this release are four new updates designed to enhance flexibility, control, and insight across Explore and Explore+. Author Lists now support six content sources — X, TikTok, Instagram, Online News, Blogs, and Forums — expanding from the previous two. Users can manage a single, unified list across Explore and Explore+, reuse lists for consistency, and instantly convert them into Optimized Searches in Explore+ for faster discovery. A new AVE Visibility Toggle gives administrators control over whether Advertising Value Equivalency metrics appear in articles, helping teams align Meltwater’s reporting with their own measurement standards. When filtering, document counts now appear next to each filter option, showing how many results match before you apply changes. Finally, a new Custom Category Editor lets users create and refine categories directly within the filter toolbar, streamlining workflows and making content organization more efficient.

Enhancement

Thread-Canvas Toggle

Mira Studio now includes a Thread–Canvas toggle, giving users control over how they view and edit AI-generated responses. Switch between Canvas view for focused editing and Threaded view for a full-screen workspace that supports actions and smooth conversation flow. The toggle appears directly in the prompt bar, making it easy to choose the layout that fits your workflow at any point in content creation or response editing.

New Feature

Unified Dashboards – One View for Earned, Owned & Paid

The new Unified Dashboards experience unites earned, owned, and paid media in a single view for total brand performance. Customers can jumpstart reporting with new templates and widgets, customize layouts to tell their story, and use AI-assisted widgets to surface the “why” behind the data. It’s all designed to help PR & marketing act faster and smarter.
