X（旧Twitter）は主に情報発信ツールとして活用されますが、個人・法人に関わらず、収益化につなげることができるSNSです。収益化には主に7つの方法が挙げられますが、自社に合った方法を選ぶことが重要です。

Twitterは無料で情報発信ができるうえ、戦略的に活用することで個人・企業に関わらず収益化も見込めるSNSです。紹介する仕組みの中には主に個人が活用するものもありますが、仕組みを認識しておくことでマーケティングに活用できる可能性があります。

本項ではTwitter収益化の4つの仕組みを紹介し、次章で具体的な方法を解説します。

1. オウンドメディアへ誘導して自社の商品・サービスを販売する

オウンドメディアへの誘導は自社商品やサービスを販売している企業が活用する方法です。商品・サービスをTwitterで紹介する際に、リンクを貼り付けて自社のオウンドメディアに誘導します。

ただし、単に商品・サービスを紹介するだけではメディアへの誘導は難しいでしょう。ユーザーニーズを捉えたツイート（ポスト）をしたり、画像や動画を活用して興味を引いたりなどの工夫が必要です。

2. 企業PR案件を受注・発注する

PR案件の受注はインフルエンサー向けの収益化の方法です。企業が発注したPRをインフルエンサーが受注することで収益が発生します。

インフルエンサーが企業のPR案件を受けるためには、DMによる連絡やインフルエンサーマッチングサイトに登録する方法があります。ただし、マッチングサイトからの受注はフォロワー数が条件になっている場合もあります。提示されている条件を下回ると案件を受けられない、もしくはサイトへの登録すらできないケースがあるため確認しておきましょう。

一方、企業側はインフルエンサーにPRを依頼することで、商品・サービスの認知が拡大し売り上げの増加につながります。自社の商材やターゲット層と相性のよいインフルエンサーに依頼することがポイントです。

アフィリエイトは企業、個人に関わらず活用できる収益化の仕組みです。Twitterを使ったアフィリエイトには「ツイート（ポスト）に直接アフィリエイトリンクを貼る」「アフィリエイトリンクを掲載しているサイトへ誘導する」といった2つのパターンがあります。

ただし、ツイートに直接アフィリエイトリンクを貼る場合は、ステルスマーケティング規制により、リンクを貼った記事に「広告」や「PR」などを明記しなければなりません。ハッシュタグに「広告」とつけてもよいですが、大量のハッシュタグの中に記載すると分かりにくいためNGです。

広告であることが明記されていない場合、アカウントが凍結される可能性もあります。アフィリエイトでの収益化を目指す場合は、ステマ規制についてよく理解したうえで行うようにしましょう。

【Twitter収益化】具体的な7つの方法

Twitterを収益化するための、代表的な7つの方法を紹介します。それぞれ条件によって使えるもの・使えないものがあるため、自社に合った方法を選ぶことが重要です。

1. 自社ECなどで販売につながる導線を作る

ツイートに自社ECサイトや公式サイトなどへのリンクを貼り誘導する方法です。広告費をかけずに、自社製品・サービスのプロモーションや販促ができます。

フォロワーが多い場合は売り上げへのインパクトも大きくなりますが、フォロワーが少ない場合でも、Twitter広告の活用によりフォロワー以外へのリーチが可能です。

サイトへ誘導するためには自社の商品・サービスの紹介だけではなく、関連する有益な情報の発信やインサイトをとらえた投稿が重要です。また誘導先でより魅力的・具体的な情報を掲載し、購入までの動線を最適化することも意識しましょう。

有料noteを販売して収益を得る、インフルエンサーなどが活用する方法です。noteとは文章やイラスト、動画を用いて、ノウハウとなるような情報を発信するプラットフォームです。note内の記事は有料化ができ、複雑な設定もなく誰でも販売できるため、アフィリエイトより気軽に始めやすい方法といえます。

Twitter、noteいずれも無料で利用できるので、人件費を除けばコストをかけず収益化できます。ただし販売にはnote内の規約を遵守する必要があり、規約を守っていない場合は収益を現金化できないケースがあるため注意が必要です。

YouTubeを運営している場合に活用できる方法です。ツイート（ポスト）にYouTubeのリンクを貼り、視聴を促すことで広告収入やアフィリエイト収入を得ることができます。この場合もステマ規制の対象となりますので、広告であることを明記しましょう。リンク名やツイートの文頭に「広告」「PR」などと記載しておくとよいです。

また自社商品やサービスがある場合、YouTubeで具体的な活用方法や魅力を動画で解説して、自社ECに誘導する方法もあります。複数のプラットフォームをかけ合わせることで、より効率的に収益化が見込めるでしょう。

4. オフラインのサービス・コンテンツに誘導する

オフラインのビジネスをしている場合や、イベント・セミナーなどを開催する際に活用できる方法です。Twitterでの情報発信でファンを作り、オフラインのサービス・コンテンツへ誘導します。

オフラインと併用することで顧客との接点が増え、ロイヤリティが高まりやすい点がメリットです。ただし、イベントやセミナーといったスポットによる活用方法は、集客力がない場合に損失が出る可能性もあります。事前に集客が見込め、採算が合うことを確認した上で開催することが大切です。

Twitterの公式機能の「チップ」により収益を得る方法で、主にインフルエンサーが活用します。チップはフォロワーとのエンゲージメントが確立されている場合に有効です。

「チップをあげたい」と思われるような情報の発信・活動を普段から行う必要があり、難易度は高い方法です。例えば以下のように有益性の高い、もしくは応援したくなるような投稿が挙げられます。

フォロワーの相談に毎日答え話題となっている

特定のテーマについて志のある発信を継続し共感を生んでいる

この他にも、日々の活動とは違うワークショップやイベントを開くと、チップをもらいやすくなるでしょう。

6. 有料チケット制スペースを活用する

前項でも紹介したスペースの有料チケットは、企業のセミナーやインフルエンサーのオフ会の開催にも利用可能です。基本的にはエンゲージメントが高いユーザーしか参加しないため、無料では公開できないような情報を発信しやすい特徴があります。

オフラインでのイベントに比べて圧倒的にコストが安いため、気軽に開催しやすいことがメリットです。ただし有料チケット制スペースを開催するには、以下の条件を満たしている必要があります。

iOSかAndroidでTwitterを使用している

また、有料制スペースはチケットでの収益に加え、自社商品・サービスの販売にもつながる方法ともいえます。

7. アフィリエイトサイトと連携して集客する

ポストから運営するアフィリエイトサイトへ誘導する方法です。ステマ規制のため、広告であることが分かるようはっきり示すことが大切です。収益は以下のような流れで発生します。

記事内に「広告」表示をしたうえで、アフィリエイトサイトへのリンクを貼ってツイートする

フォロワーがサイトへ訪問する

サイトの広告から商品・サービスを購入する

ASPや企業から報酬が支払われる

Twitterからサイトへ誘導できるうえに、サイトのコンテンツを細分化してツイートにも流用できるため、シナジーが生まれやすい方法でもあります。ただし、サイトに十分なコンテンツ量が必要となるため、一から構築するのには時間がかかる点に注意が必要です。
