About the Speaker
Ryan joined the Frisco Convention & Visitors Bureau in 2014 and was recently promoted to Director of Marketing and Communications. In this role, Ryan works on developing new marketing initiatives to reach potential leisure and business travelers, as well as expanding Frisco’s media audience. His passion for the tourism and hospitality industry, love of graphic design and communications keep him energized and ready to promote the city of Frisco every day. When he has any downtime, you can find Ryan on the golf course in the spring, the slopes in the winter or traveling to his favorite vacation destination, Iceland.
Wesley is the most recent addition to the Frisco Convention & Visitors Bureau. She earned her degree in Public Relations from Texas Tech University and has more than nine years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Not only does she bring experience to the team, but a passion and love of all things tourism and communications. As the Communications Manager, Wesley works to promote the destination and its stakeholders to potential leisure and business travelers through media outreach, editorial campaigns and social media efforts. In her free time, Wesley enjoys spending time on her family’s ranch in West Texas, playing golf, cheering on the Texas Tech Red Raiders or her favorite baseball team, the Boston Red Sox.
