“Prior to Meltwater News, the firm did not have a clipping service and relied on the Marketing/PR Department to search newspapers, magazines, and the Web to retrieve articles that feature the firm and/or its projects.

Due to staff availability, it was impossible to monitor the firm’s press coverage on a regular schedule or retrieve every article that featured the firm and/or our projects. We had to allocate specific time each week for staff to manage this process.
